Las mismas habilidades en el lugar de trabajo pueden aplicarse también en casa, dejando a los trabajadores mantener a sus familias y ser seguro. Este curso cubre técnicas de seguridad de alimentos en establecimientos de alimentación profesionales.

The course is interactive, relevant, practical and literature based. The content educates the learner on the theoretical and practical application of the IDF model. The learner engages in 7 chapters that provide a framework for improving oral feeding practice in the NICU. It introduces a user-friendly structure to a practice that is in need of consistency and objectivity.
