Return to Nursing: A Refresher Program is designed for nurses who have been out of the nursing workforce for several years and would like to review necessary information in order to return to work in a clinical setting. This program consists of two parts. Part 1: Review of Essential Concepts and Recent Changes in Health Care contains seven interactive online courses. Part 2: Review of Systems and Common Illnesses contains 10 video presentation courses.eturn to Nursing: A Refresher Program is designed for nurses who have been out of the nursing workforce for several years and would like to review necessary information in order to return to work in a clinical setting. This program consists of seven written courses and 10 review of systems video presentations. This program was developed in collaboration with the Indiana ENA forensic committee to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and resources to develop a clinical knowledge base when caring for patients of sexual violence. The content in this course was developed directly from the International Association of Forensic Nurses SANE education guidelines. The guidelines help the SAFE/SANE meet the medico-legal needs of individuals who experience sexual violence. The guidelines set out the minimum level of instruction for each key target competency in the adult/adolescent population.
