Clinical cases throughout the course and in the posttest assist the nurse to apply the concepts presented to prioritize the cases.

This collection highlights four aspects of microbiome research including maternal chronic stressors, environmental exposures, cervical microbiome, and preterm infant pain/stress neurodevelopment and gut microbiome diversity.
